This is a woman in her mid-20's after a Breast Augmentation. She had tuberous breasts which can be a challenge. Sientra smooth silicone implants, 107 style-330HP were used. The 107 style is appropriate for this type of patient as it is a denser filler implant for someone with little breast tissue, and the high profile gives her the upper pole fullness that she wanted. It can take 6-12 months for implants to settle. This patient returned to her daily actives very quickly with our rapid recovery procedure and she is very happy with her results.
