50 year old patient dissatisfied with the appearance of her nose and desires surgical improvement. This patient claimed she “hates her nose”.  Dr. Pincus performed a closed rhinoplasty to address the nasal dorsum and tip. This is 6-months post-op, and the results speak for themselves.
