A 41-year-old female patient presented to Dr. Pincus with bilateral breast ptosis and asymmetry she had a previous breast implant surgery and now demonstrates not only an asymmetry but a waterfall deformity. Dr. Pincus performed a removal and replacement of her bilateral breast implants with a vertical breast lift using 325CC moderate profile silicone Sientra implants.
