Breast Revision Patient 01
This is a woman in her late 30’s after a Remove and Replace of silicone implants and a Vertical Lift (Mastopexy). Her original implants were placed subglandularly with a (550cc. high profile). I replaced them with Sientra 485 cc. moderate profile implants. The new implants were placed submuscularly. A Vertical Lift is performed with a lollipop incision, around the nipple and down the breast. She is 5 months’ postop. The implants will continue to settle for 6-12 months post surgery.

This 35-40 year old woman wanted to remove implants and replace with larger implants that would naturally lift .This is after Breast Augmentation revision (Sientra 470--505HP cc silicone), minimal incision, no drains, 3 months post-op.
Breast Revision Patient 03
This 51 year old woman wanted to remove implants and replace with larger implants that would naturally lift her. This is after Breast augmentation Revision (Sientra 545-595HP cc silicone), minimal incision, no drains, 2 months post-op. It can take 6-12 months for implants to settle to their natural pocket.
Breast Revision Patient 04
This 32 year old woman wanted to remove old implants, replace with larger implants that were placed closer together, and correction of a right capsule. This is after Breast Augmentation revision (Sientra 440-500 HP silicone) with right crescent lift, 6 months post op.
Breast Revision Patient 05
This is a 45-50 year old woman with capsular contracture. She had a Breast Revision by Remove and Replacement of Bilateral implants (Sientra 465-495HP cc. silicone), rapid recovery, no drains, 1 year post-op.

41 year old female presents to exchange her breast implants and a breast lift. Patient states she would like to remain the same size, which was a C cup. The patients’ implants were removed and replaced with 325cc MP implants. Additionally, a vertical mastopexy was performed, bilaterally.
