Description:

This is a woman in her late 30’s after a Remove and Replace of silicone implants and a Vertical Lift (Mastopexy). Her original implants were placed subglandularly with a (550cc. high profile). I replaced them with Sientra 485 cc. moderate profile implants. The new implants were placed submuscularly. A Vertical Lift is performed with a lollipop incision, around the nipple and down the breast. She is 5 months’ postop. The implants will continue to settle for 6-12 months post surgery.
