48 year old female with a history of massive weight loss. She desired an increased fullness of her bilateral breasts along with a higher appearance of her nipple-areola complex bilaterally. Dr. Pincus performed a bilateral breast augmentation with a breast lift in the submuscular plane, using two different-sized implants. A 385cc moderate profile implant on the left breast along with a 415cc moderate profile implant on the right breast. Sientra silicone implants were used.
