case #3333
Description:
This 41 year old female patient presented with concerns about asymmetry and overly large breast implants. Her right breast sat noticeably lower than the left, and she desired a smaller, more balanced look. She also had breast ptosis (drooping) and wanted a lifted, more proportional contour. Dr. David Pincus of Pincus Plastic Surgery performed a removal and replacement of her breast implants along with a bilateral vertical mastopexy (breast lift). Using 300cc high-profile implants, he was able to achieve a more refined result. This early 3-month post-op result shows a beautiful, lifted shape that fits her frame naturally. She is already very happy with the outcome.
