This 51 year old woman wanted to remove implants and replace with larger implants that would naturally lift her. This is after Breast augmentation Revision (Sientra 545-595HP cc silicone), minimal incision, no drains, 2 months post-op. It can take 6-12 months for implants to settle to their natural pocket.
