This 27 year old female patient presented with concerns of a wide nasal dorsum and an over projected nasal tip. Dr. David Pincus performed a closed rhinoplasty to create a softer, more refined nasal contour while maintaining natural facial balance. These photos are just one month post operation, and although she is still healing, her improved contour and profile are already visible. The patient is doing very well and enjoying her early results. Dr. Pincus recommends allowing at least six months for swelling to fully reduce and for the final rhinoplasty result to develop.
